Your privacy and security are paramount. This policy outlines how AEGIX processes, protects, and handles data across its services.

1. DATA WE COLLECT & PROCESS

• Discord Metadata: User IDs and Guild IDs required for moderation history, permission checks, and infraction logging.
• Cryptographic IP Hashes: During Web Verification, client IP addresses are combined with a server secret salt and irreversibly hashed using SHA-256 to detect alternate accounts. We NEVER store plain-text IP addresses.
• Verification Tokens: Ephemeral HMAC tokens with a strict 10-minute expiration window.
• Guild Configurations: Log channel IDs, whitelist filters, and Anti-Alt policy parameters.

2. CLOUDFLARE TURNSTILE & CAPTCHA

AEGIX uses Cloudflare Turnstile on the Web Verification Gateway to protect servers against automated raid bots without harvesting personal telemetry or selling user profiles.

3. AI CONTENT ANALYSIS

When AutoMod is active, message content is evaluated in real-time by trusted AI partners. AEGIX does not permanently store message text.

4. DATA STORAGE & AUTOMATED CLEANUP

All data is maintained in MySQL with strict SSL/TLS encryption. Unverified or expired verification sessions are automatically purged from the database after 1 hour.

5. DATA RETENTION & REMOVAL RIGHTS

You may request deletion of your server records at any time. Server administrators can clear records directly using commands like .automod clearwarns.
